A staple with a twist. Our Fusilli is all about texture. Its tight spirals are perfect for catching sauces and adding a satisfying bite to everything from hearty ragù to fresh summer salads. We use only 100% Kiwi-grown durum wheat, milled and crafted in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Slow drying preserves the flavour and gives it that firm, springy finish you want in a great pasta.

More than a pasta because you can’t compare it to what I thought was pasta in NZ. Just so yummy and even with gluten issues when I eat bread, I can eat small portions of Monty’s with no problems!

Love the Pasta - are still fine tuning the cook time...it is a lot quicker than other dried pasta's. Cooked this for 5 mins, think it could have been a little less even! Made Tom's Bolognese recipe - everyone loved it.
