We create pasta that is bronze-extruded, slow-dried, and made from 100% New Zealand grown durum wheat. Each batch is made daily in the Wairarapa to create the perfect texture for holding sauce while retaining all the good nutrients. Beautifully packaged, sustainably produced, and full of flavour. This pasta is worth sharing.
