We ship our pasta with care from our facility in Masterton, New Zealand. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. For wholesale or international shipping enquiries, please contact us at hello@montyandsons.co.nz.
2. Order Processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary by region. Typically, urban addresses receive parcels in 1–3 working days, and rural deliveries may take 3–5 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier using your tracking number first. If you need assistance, contact us at hello@montyandsons.co.nz.
6. Risk and Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays once the parcel is in transit.
