Just the best Pasta!

Wonderful traditionally and regeneratively made pasta that smells and tastes yum. We got a family bag as we use pasta often. We have made a variety of sauces and all work well with the rigatoni.

After two months of eating Monty and Sons Pasta almost exclusively for lunch, I can confirm: 12:30 has become the highlight of my day. Consistently top-tier, addictive and most importantly for me, keeps me full up until dinner

The first time in 30 years I can eat pasta ,thinking it was gluten but always feeling it was the quality of the flour and chemicals used to produce,
Afterwatching country calendar, I ordered your pasta.
No stomach ache no pain , no reflux. No diarrhoea.
I can’t eat any bread in NZ and or pasta because of the above symptoms.Now I can and will eat Monty’s, and order flour from your supplier ,waiarapa , so thankful.Cant wait to make a cake and have a piece.

Beautiful pasta, wouldn't go back to supermaket pasta. Great digestability. Have eaten it three times in a row since we received it, will definitely be buying more.

It was lovely and soft, and cooked quickly. We loved the shape, which is different from what we normally have. I am happy that it is NZ grown wheat, and NZ produced pasta. Will definitely order again.

We all loved the new radiator pasta. It has blended so well with all the sauces we have made. It doesn't seem to give that heavy feel in my stomach that some pasta meals do. Keep msking it and hope to see it on supermarket shelves soon.

Absolutely delicious. Quick cooking and I especially value that the durum wheat is grown here in Aotearoa and the pasta is made here too with care and aroha.

We had previously purchased imported Italian pasta but this unique locally grown and made pasta is even better - we use it frequently in baked dishes combined with some chickpeas, a rich tomato sauce plus a topping of grated cheeses and walnuts.
